1. Returns & Exchanges

✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You may return or exchange any unopened, unused perfume in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

🔄 Easy Exchange Process:

  • If you’d like a different fragrance, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).
  • Customer covers return shipping; we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the new item.

2. Refunds

💵 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued for unopened, undamaged items returned within 30 days.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance Sale Items.

3. Defective or Wrong Items
